Craft Your Own Spirit – From Still to Sip
Whether you’re a gin enthusiast or curious about crafting your own botanical vodka, this immersive hands-on experience lets you step into the role of distiller for a day.

Each participant (or duo at a shared station) is set up with a hand-made Italian copper still—your personal distilling station for the day. Starting with a clean base spirit, you’ll be guided through building a completely unique recipe, tailored to your own flavour preferences.

We’ll explore a wide selection of botanicals—from time-honoured favourites like juniper and citrus, to native and lesser-known aromatic gems. With expert guidance from our distilling team, you’ll learn the techniques we use to balance flavour, aroma, and texture in every bottle.
