Our Venue

Solo Venue

Up to 75 stand up or sit down.
Book the distillery exclusively for your group, including the dining room, back barrels, and alfresco area.

Back Barrels

The Back Barrels are the perfect setting for intimate gatherings of up to 24 guests. Ideal for curated group tastings or casual social events

Dining Room

Up to 40 stand up or sit down.
Nestled in barrels full of rum and whisky, the dining area is perfect for many occasions, including birthday parties, tastings, and work functions.

Alfresco Area

Up to 15 people stand up or sit down
Route 9’s Alfresco area is perfect for groups on a summers day.

Team-Building Distilling Challenge

Looking for something different? Book a private session with our Adelaide Hills Distilling School and split your group into teams to create your own custom gins. You’ll taste, experiment, and vote for the winner—then we’ll bottle the winning recipe with your company’s name and branding for client gifts or staff rewards.

All the drinks were fantastic, and made probably some of the best Pizzas I have had in a while.

Although it’s abit tucked away. It’s a nice chill venue, with good music & even Retro arcade machines.
Spent most of my time trying to beat the high score on Dig Dug.
